We all know we need to make them. But where do we even start?!
I’ve been wondering the same thing for the past few months. I even spent the last few weeks experimenting with some new strategies. After some trials and tribulations, I’m going to spill the beans when it comes to attracting local followers with your reels. Here are my 2 EASY reel ideas that will help you attract local followers!
The Idea: Quick Home Tours
Record 10-15 second home tours and set to trending audio.
You can use still photos by uploading them into an app like InShot & turning it into a video OR mash together quick video clips of different spaces in the home.
Practice right now using your own home (even if you don’t hit publish!)
The Idea: Highlight LOCAL
You could create a “day in your city name” reel to highlight a handful of your favorite spots or dive deep into specific places.
ie: Highlight your favorite date night spot, your fav cocktail on the menu, the must try dessert and where to sit or what you love about the atmosphere.
BONUS TIP: Always include a CTA
Home Tour Reels: Include a CTA like “DM me for more information about this listing” (if it’s your listing).
LOCAL Reels: Include a CTA saying “share this with a friend who lives in city name”
