I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – “Just Sold” posts = BORING. They serve no one and don’t provide value.
For that reason, I’m sharing 5 caption prompts to replace your “Just Sold” posts. Your followers can thank me later!
Caption Prompt 1
What did your sellers love the most about living in the home (and / or area) they’re selling? For the love of all things good in this world, please ditch the copy & pasted MLS description + “contact me for all of your real estate needs!” Your IG grid is not where that info belongs. Instead of sharing the specs, share the story behind the sold sign.
Caption Prompt 2
How did you help them prep their home for the market? Get into the details of what it to get to market. Decluttering, staging, and a fresh coat of paint. Explain the IMPACT your services had and the VALUE you provided!
Caption Prompt 3
Why did your buyers fall in love with the home they bought? Without giving away too many private details, of course! Was it the gazebo in the backyard where they’re already planning to drink their morning coffee? The man cave in the basement, where they’ve already hung the 70” tv? The well-established neighborhood where their family grew up? It all goes back to the story behind the sold sign.
Caption Prompt 4
How you helped them get an accepted offer in a competitive market. Here’s an example: 5 things that got my sellers multiple offers OR 5 things that I did to get an accepted offer.
Caption Prompt 5
The “imagine life here” descriptions of the home your clients bought or sold (ie: binge watch Friends reruns on rainy days in the theater room, Summer bike rides to the local ice cream shop on the trail that’s just steps from the back door, etc). – No more “just listed” + Contact me for all of your real estate needs. Not just listing the specs. Paint a picture for your ideal buyer!
