Even though they’re filming and sharing things we all do, they’ve romanticized their lives with music, lit candles, and satisfying filters and transitions to keep us glued! 

But what else is it about that type of content that makes it so binge-worthy? 

It shows us THE LIFESTYLE. Which makes it relatable! 

And it’s exactly what the real estate industry is missing. 

We get so focused on selling houses & highlighting the data, that we forget to include the lifestyle our clients could live (if they bought / sold / flipped the house). 

“It’s a 2 bed / 2.5 bath with a primary right off the kitchen on 1.5 acres.”

And, what else? 

You’re not just selling houses, you’re selling the lifestyle your client will have when they live there.
