In the Modern Agent Social Club – Members Only podcast, I break down the Weekly Game Plan. Short, action packed and designed to spark ideas to help you take action with your social media each week.
The Weekly Game Plan is designed to make it easy for members to take action on social media, regardless of where they’re at! The game plans are designed to give you micro actions that move the needle and align with the current month’s content and strategies, so you can maintain your social media momentum.
This week’s podcast & game plan are designed around an Instagram Story Challenge to help you get consistent on stories, be more intentional, know what to post to stories, and just take things up a notch!

DAILY STORY CLIPS
DAILY STORY PROMPT 1: Pick “a thing” or “a spot” to start your stories everyday this week. Working out, making a smoothie, filling your Stanley cup, making lunches, putting your “essentials” on the front seat of your car, going for a walk. *Consistently show this same thing daily!
Add text to the screen or talk to the camera as you “do this thing” sharing what you’re doing today (something they should check back for later).
DAILY STORY PROMPT 2: Commit to sharing 1 thing per day this week that you typically wouldn’t share. Inspired by Behind the Scenes Post 3 (stuff agents do that may surprise you). Try to get some of these clips – what is unique to you, your market. Like a “I bet you didn’t know this” style!
DAILY STORY PROMPT 3: Commit to sharing one local highlight per day *Hint: You could get all the clips in one day and then spread them out over the week!
*Think of this like a “Where to go each day of the week in our city” (would also make a great reel)!
DAILY STORY PROMPT 4: Share one reel/post per day related to a specific theme. It could also be: something home related, something that made you LOL, something that inspires you, sharing a reel about kids/ mom life / marriage, a belief you have, etc.
STRATEGIC STORY PROMPTS
PROMPT 1: POLL YOUR FOLLOWERS ABOUT REAL ESTATE
Find out WHO is thinking about making a move before the end of 2023. You can ask questions like:
1 – Have you looked at homes on Zillow in the last 7 days? (it’s me, I feel seen, or Nope!)
2 – Are you currently in your forever home? (YES! I love where I live!, I don’t think so, Get me out of here (laughing emoji)
3 – What is one thing your current home is lacking (space, the kitchen I love, the location/neighborhood, other)
4 – Do you want to see what homes are available for sale where you would love to live? (drop your city name in a question sticker box)
5 – Are current interest rates holding you back from making a move this year? (Yep, Ugh kind of, Not necessarily, tell me more)
PROMPT 2: THE DREAM NEIGHBORHOOD DRIVE
I want you to pick 1-3 neighborhoods to do a driving tour of. Bring a spouse or a friend so you can get good video footage as the passenger. *You can turn it into a reel sharing highlights about that neighborhood with a call to action to get on a home search.
PROMPT 3: ANSWER YOUR TOP ASKED REAL ESTATE QUESTION
Keep it super short and sweet! Think: If I were explaining this to a 10 year old, what would I say? Add a question sticker inviting people to ask you more! OR follow it up with an “Ask me Anything” about real estate sticker!

THINK: What’s in it for them? Why would they be excited to get it? Share behind the scenes of one of your buyer/seller/local resources with a question sticker “drop your email to get a copy!”
